Education

Art education has remained the focus of the WVAA for more than 50 years. They encourage the understanding, enjoyment and practice of the visual arts and promoting opportunities for education.

To foster this goal, the WVAA sponsors ongoing art education programs six times/year, with these programs available to members and non-members of the community. Past classes included sketching, batik and a well-known watercolorist instructing the class.
